Manager of Statistical Programming

Natera seeks a Manager of Statistical Programming to lead statistical programming deliverables for oncology diagnostic trials and regulatory submissions. This role involves overseeing analysis datasets and figures, managing a programming team, and developing R-based tools while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead statistical programming deliverables including analysis datasets and regulatory tables ensuring data integrity and FDA compliance
- Manage statistical programmers team, overseeing technical development while contributing hands-on programming work
- Serve as primary programming lead for regulatory submissions such as 510(k), CTA/CDx, and PMA
- Develop and maintain R packages and Shiny dashboards for data review and analysis exploration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with biostatistics, data management, and clinical science teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years related experience with at least 3 years in clinical trial analysis
- 3+ years R programming experience including package development
- Proficiency in analysis dataset and TLF generation
- Experience with NGS, genetics, or oncology diagnostics preferred
Compensation: $132,000–$165,350 USD
