**What you’ll do in this role:***The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. Lead, plan, and coordinate detailed phases of process characterization activities to include new products with unique attribute requirements. Create validation protocols and process development through statistical modeling and experimentation where required. Experience with material analytics and equivalency studies and prior knowledge of material surface preparation, a distinct advantage.
