Virtual Account Manager

We believe in teamwork, respect, and making a real impact every day. Role Overview The Virtual Account Manager supports business growth and customer satisfaction across a portfolio of accounts. In this role, you will manage day‑to‑day customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and support the sales process from start to finish—primarily through a virtual model. You will collaborate closely with Territory Managers and National Account Managers to expand customer engagement and increase sales capacity. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned accounts, focusing on customer engagement, retention, and growth Support the full sales process for lower‑complexity opportunities, including proposals, renewals, and closing activities Identify new sales opportunities using customer data, interactions, and follow‑up activities Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of customer contacts, pipeline activity, and next steps Build strong relationships with customers to support satisfaction, product use, and long‑term partnerships Provide coordination and support to field sales teams, including Territory and National Account Managers Handle routine account needs, including follow‑up, contact management, and implementation support Respond to and help resolve customer inquiries, billing questions, and service concerns Escalate risks, service issues, or barriers to the appropriate internal partners when needed Spot growth signals and communicate when accounts may need expanded sales support Stay informed on radiopharmaceutical products, market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity (including SPECT, PET, and Gallium products) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2–4 years of inside sales, account management, or customer‑facing experience Experience managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Proven ability to support revenue growth and customer retention Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or radiopharmacy environments (preferred) Experience supporting field‑based sales teams (preferred) Familiarity with CRM systems and data‑driven selling (preferred) Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar sales certification (preferred) CRM or sales methodology training (e.g., Salesforce, MEDDICC) (preferred) Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams Customer‑focused with strong responsiveness and problem‑solving skills Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Working knowledge of account management, CRM systems, pipeline tracking, and data analysis Why Join Us We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected.
