Lead LPN Unit Manager — Nursing Supervisor & Mentor

Complete Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unit Manager to lead our clinical team in a long‑term care setting. You will supervise daily operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care in a compassionate, family‑like environment. This full‑time role requires an active New Jersey LPN license, leadership experience, and proficiency with PointClickCare.
