This role sits at the center of our people strategy, bringing in great talent and helping them succeed once they’re here.This is a hands-on, fast-paced position focused on high-volume recruiting, onboarding, and training. The right person thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building relationships quickly, and takes pride in creating a strong first impression for every new team member.**Why This Isn’t Just Another HR Job**This is not a behind-the-scenes HR role—you’ll be out in the operation, meeting people, shaping first impressions, and directly impacting the culture of the club. You’ll also play a key role in developing leaders, ensuring managers at all levels are equipped to hire, train, and lead effectively.If you enjoy people, pace, and purpose—and you’re energized by recruiting, training, and influencing leadership at scale—this is a role where you can make a real impact every day.**Where You’ll Make an Impact Daily**• Lead high-volume recruiting efforts, from sourcing to onboarding• Conduct interviews and help identify top talent across multiple departments• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and training programs for new hires• Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and priorities• Support ongoing employee development and training initiatives• Coach and train managers and executive-level leaders on hiring, onboarding, and team development practices• Help improve the overall new hire experience and retention efforts• Keep hiring and training processes organized, consistent, and efficient**What You Bring to the Table**• 3–5 years of experience in HR, recruiting, training, or a similar people-focused role• Strong background in high-volume hiring or fast-paced environments (hospitality, events, private club experience, service industry a plus)• Passion for training, coaching, and helping people succeed• Comfortable working on-site and being highly visible and engaged with teams• Confidence in coaching and influencing managers and executive-level leaders is essential• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities at once• A POSITIVE, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset• Bachelor’s degree preferred• Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred• SHRM certification a plus**Full-time Employee Benefits/Perks:*** Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance* Disability Insurance* Life Insurance* Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA)* 401(k) Retirement Plan with up to 4% Company Match* Paid Time Off (PTO)* Free Daily Onsite Meal* Ongoing Training and Professional Development Paths* Scholarship Opportunities* Employee Recognition Programs*\*Background check and drug screen required*
