Your Role Awaits

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and several other disciplines, following established protocols.
• Ensure accuracy by analyzing results, troubleshooting discrepancies, and performing necessary preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instrumentation.
• Assist with specimen collection processes and meticulously prepare samples for testing.
• Thoroughly document all performed procedures, assist in training newer staff and students, and maintain high lab quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe working environment while adhering strictly to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health field along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Ensure the maintenance of your current certification throughout the duration of your employment.

• Proficient in exercising independent judgment and resolving problems in times of stress or fast-paced situations.
