Environmental Field Project Manager - StackAs an Environmental Field Project Manager - Stack, you'll be responsible for acting as the field management for the test team, plant contacts, regulatory contacts. You'll need at least 2+ years of experience of source testing and welcome the opportunity to make an impact from day one. The compensation range for this role is $27hr to $38hr.To thrive in this role, you'll be comfortable taking ownership of the following responsibilities:Follow established testing methods, procedures, and processes to help support consistent and reliable source testingManage logistics of the project resources by organizing resources with the logistics manager and office managers prior to the field testManage the onsite schedule and coordinate with the client plant contacts and regulatory contacts concerning scope changesManage all daily field operational and safety aspects of the site-specific stack programs.Responsible for data review and field quality controlEnsure the field test team is staffed appropriately for all tasks and lead, train and mentor field team personnelYour Expertise and SkillsCapacity for overnight and local travel for multi-weekday projects up to 75% of the time or more2+ years minimum of stack testing experience. QSTI Credentials a plusIntermediate knowledge in applicable Federal, State and Local regulationsHigh School diploma or equivalentAbility to work independently and with minimal supervisionCapability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screeningValid driver's licenseAbility to obtain a DOT medical certification and OSHA Respiratory Protection Medical EvaluationFlexibility is a must as the position may require weekend travel or work for a few projects during the yearTransferable experience: laborer, construction, industrial maintenance, mechanical, laboratory, environmental, field science, etc.Work Environment and Physical RequirementsAbility to work in outdoor industrial settings, including climbing to and working on elevated platforms (50ft - 300ft) in accordance with OSHA/ANSI and other applicable safety standardsMust be able to exert moderate physical effort, including lifting heavy materials up to 50 poundsOften works outdoors and may be exposed to hot and cold environments and extreme weather conditions, including sunlit, rainy and windy conditionsSitting, standing, and walkingOnterris is a leading global environmental solutions company partnering with organizations to solve complex challenges where environmental pressures, regulatory expectations and operational risks intersect.
