About the Role: We are seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide outpatient mental health and substance use disorder services to individuals and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to confidentiality in a behavioral health setting. Ideal candidates demonstrate empathy, strong communication and listening skills, and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries while delivering client care. This position provides services across both office locations (Brookville and Punxsutawney), with time allocated to each site based on the program's needs. What You'll Do: Work 40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year (some evenings as needed) Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients and families in collaboration with other members of the treatment team. Adhere to state and funding source regulations and guidelines. Develops individualized treatment plans with identified treatment modality Assures that ongoing communication and collaboration occurs among all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as family members and other providers as appropriate. Participates in required in-house and appropriate out-of-house trainings Identifies ongoing areas of professional development and learning opportunities. Actively participates in and receives supervision from assigned supervisor Attend required psychiatric supervision twice a month What We're Looking For: Current licensing in this Pennsylvania Commonwealth as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT; or Has a graduate degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United Stated Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education (CHEA) in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum.; and Experience working with individuals with substance use and mental disorders. Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings to meet client needs. Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Commitment to professional development and clinical supervision Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate Meaningful work that positively impacts families and communities.
