Role Description The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cranston, RI. This role is responsible for overseeing residential new construction and select commercial remodeling projects from planning through completion. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project schedules, supervising site activities, managing subcontractors and vendors, and ensuring work meets quality, safety, and building code standards. The Construction Project Manager will monitor budgets and timelines, track project progress, resolve onsite issues, and communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also includes preparing and reviewing project documentation, change orders, and reports to support efficient, compliant project delivery. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Construction Project Management and Construction Management skills. Candidates should possess effective Project Management and Project Coordination skills. Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills for cost control and financial oversight. Experience managing residential construction and commercial remodeling projects is beneficial. Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and safety regulations is preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are important. Ability to lead onsite teams, solve problems quickly, and make informed decisions is required.
