Legends Global, is a holistic agency that specializes in delivering solutions for legendary brands.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**Include the following:* Pre-event suite set-up including chafing dishes, plates and silverware, televisions, lighting and overall ambiance in the suite* Verify and set-up all pre-game/event orders* Identify suite host and properly introduce yourself* Take and place game day food and beverage orders* Set-up and check on game day food and beverage orders and serve guests until the end of the event* Replenish food, beverages, condiments and utensils as needed* Maintain standard of orderliness and cleanliness of suite throughout the event* Obtain signatures from the host on charges in a timely manner* Clear all items from the suite and clean all surfaces and chafing dishes in suite* Reset suite for next function, complete closing functions and check out with supervisor or managerOther duties may be assigned.**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.**Education and/or Experience*** Minimum of one year experience in foodservice position required* Previous supervisory experience preferred* Must be at least 19 years of age and able to pass a credit check**Skills and Abilities*** Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards* Ability to complete required pre-employment sanitation and alcohol service training* Knowledgeable in the operating food service equipment, basic food preparatory techniques, sanitation and safety issues.* Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate with staff and to prepare event plans* Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of several associates simultaneously and plan ahead* Highly motivated, ability to take initiative, effectively work with others and work in a fast-paced environment**Other Qualifications*** Must have good customer service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest loyalty* Must follow all ASM Global and SAVOR policies and procedures* Must be present for all major events at the Arena**Physical Demands**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
