Job DescriptionJob DescriptionGeneral Manager – Plush HorseKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth, efficient serviceHire, train, and schedule staff; foster a positive and productive team environmentDeliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptlyManage inventory, order supplies, and maintain proper stock levelsMonitor sales, control costs, and work to meet revenue and profitability goalsEnsure cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with health regulationsHandle cash management, deposits, and basic financial reportingCreate and execute promotions, events, or seasonal offerings to drive trafficMaintain equipment and coordinate repairs when neededLead by example during busy shifts, supporting staff on the floorThere’s always a little extra sprinkled in—adaptability is part of the role.
