About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President & General Manager for the Senior Living vertical. This executive will be the key driver of growth, profitability, and market strategy within the senior living sector, with a focus on the full customer lifecycle. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the senior living market, including operator economics, care delivery models, and the technology landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and owning the segment strategy, managing a multi-million dollar P&L, and leading a customer-facing team to achieve aggressive growth targets. Strategic leadership, P&L management, and a customer-centric approach are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships. Candidates for this role should have at least 15 years' of leadership experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology, or a related SaaS environment, with a proven track record in a senior executive role. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative leadership style, strong financial acumen, and the ability to influence and lead in a matrixed environment. A passion for the senior living sector and a commitment to delivering technology that enhances care outcomes and operational performance are also key. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market dynamics and customer insights, and a talent for developing and retaining top talent. The candidate should be adaptable, resilient, and have a strong focus on customer obsession.
