Great design helps guests discover attractions they didn't know existed, encourages them to stay a little longer, and creates memories they'll want to relive again and again. We're looking for a creative, self-motivated Graphic Designer who is always looking for ways to improve the guest experience through thoughtful, impactful design. If you're someone who walks into a business and thinks: How could this space be more exciting? Why aren't guests noticing this attraction? What would make this easier to navigate? How can design encourage guests to stay longer or spend more? ...then we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities & Duties: What You'll Do Bring Our Brand to Life: Design engaging, high-quality marketing materials including: Logos Menus Brochures Flyers Billboards Digital advertisements Social media graphics Email marketing assets Wall murals Window graphics Vehicle wraps Promotional materials Event signage Uniform graphics Large-format displays Enhance the Guest Experience: Walk the resort with fresh eyes and identify opportunities to improve the guest journey. Where are guests getting confused? What attractions are being overlooked? How can we improve wayfinding? How can signage create excitement? What moments are worth sharing on social media? Then help create solutions through creative design. Support Business Growth: Use design strategically to help increase: Food & beverage sales Arcade revenue Attraction participation Birthday party bookings Membership sales Retail purchases Guest engagement Repeat visits Create Engaging Marketing Campaigns: Develop both print and digital marketing materials that capture attention and inspire families to visit Metropolis Resort. Seasonal promotions Event campaigns Attraction launches Social media advertising Website graphics Digital signage Promotional displays Always Be Improving: We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing new ideas to the table.
