As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality and service standards in our restaurant. You will lead and coach our team to ensure the highest quality food and friendly service, making every customer's experience a memorable one. Requirements Must be able to perform essential job functions safely and meet productivity standards Able to stand and/or walk for the entire shift Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Ability to execute all items on the Shift Manager readiness checklist No experience necessary; we will train you for the position. Duties & Responsibilities Interact with customers attentively and enthusiastically, anticipating their needs Ensure team delivers all elements of Donatos Service Behaviors Train and coach new Associates to execute Donatos standards Manage food, labor, and costs through training and coaching Enforce operating norms and safety procedures Assume responsibility for inventory, vendor orders, and invoice processing Ensure food safety and personal hygiene standards are met Effectively manage people, product, and equipment in the restaurant Properly execute food safety and sanitation requirements Location: Donatos Polaris, 1263 Cameron Ave. Lewis Center, OH 43035 #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
