Care Connect at Home is a family-owned home care agency serving seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home. We are seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team and help us provide compassionate, personalized care services that help our clients live with dignity and independence.

About the Role:

As an HHA/CNA with Care Connect at Home , you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with their daily needs, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Meal prep and feeding assistance
• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)
• Following personalized care plans
• Reporting any changes in condition to our team

What We're Looking For:

• Florida HHA certificate or CNA license
• CPR certification
• Current TB test
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Hoyer Lift Experience*
• Ability to pass a Level II background check
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
