Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Clinton, South Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/02/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel 3498037 Schedule: 3x12-hour nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM; every other weekend (may vary based on need). Floating: Required to similar units or other facilities as needed. Patient Population: Adult inpatients with life-threatening cardiac/multisystem conditions, including sepsis, MI, unstable angina, and CAD. Experience with IV antiarrhythmics, vasoactive infusions, and anticoagulation. Procedures/Skills: Vasoactive drug administration, antiarrhythmic therapy, thrombolytic therapy, defibrillation/cardioversion, thoracentesis, cardiac telemetry, EKG, and non-invasive BP monitoring. Requirements: Active SC RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, minimum 1 year of Epic experience, and 2 years of specialty experience requested.
