General Manager Job Highlights: Full-time, 1st shift position Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm, Saturday-Sunday 8:00am-3:00pm Scheduling flexibility within operating hours Pay: $20-25 per hour, depending on experience Evaluation-to-hire, meaning they want you LONG TERM! General Manager Job Summary The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the store, including team leadership, daily operations, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. This role combines hands-on involvement with strategic oversight, ensuring smooth operations, strong team development, and consistent execution of company standards.
