Sr. Tax Accountant Compensation
- Pay rate: $35.00 per hour
- Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
Monday and Friday - Remote
Tuesday, Wednesdayand Thursday - Onsite
Sr. Tax Accountant Responsiblities:
- Perform general accounting functions including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate financial data.
- Support compliance with internal controls and accounting standards, including SOX requirements.
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.
- Participate in process improvements to optimize departmental efficiency.
Sr. Tax Accountant QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical Information
- On-site position; Monday to Friday, typical business hours. Physical presence required in San Antonio, TX.
- No remote work available.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Education/Licenses Needed
- B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred.
