Job Title

Overview of Responsibilities -

Maintains the cleanliness of food & beverage operations as assigned. Ensures that supplies are in place to enable culinary and restaurant staff to prepare food and deliver outstanding service to guests. Consistently observe all company service and operating standards.

Essential Job Duties -

• Gathers and removes trash from kitchen and restaurant areas, including closets, walk-ins, storage areas, hallways, etc., as assigned.
• Fills dishwashers as required to ensure that outlets have a good supply of clean dishes, silverware, pots, pans and other supplies.
• Polishes silver and glassware as directed.
• Cleans, sweeps and mops floors in kitchen and restaurant area, including closets, walk-ins, storage areas, hallways, etc., and cleans and repositions safety mats correctly as directed.
• Cleans kitchen or restaurant equipment as assigned.
• Cleans dry storage and walls as necessary.
• Stocks carts with items like ice, paper products, food products, glassware and silverware.
• Follow all Material Safety Data Sheet guidelines. Use only approved cleaning tools and materials.
• Transports stocked carts to assigned outlets.
• All deliveries stored correctly and secured.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications -

1. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
2. Must be polite, courteous, and willing to pitch in and help others as directed.
3. Must be capable of walking, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting many different tools and pieces of equipment of varying weights during a full 8 hour shift.
4. Must be able to work all shifts and weekends/holidays as required.
5. Must be able to comprehend spoken English.
