Comprehensive Ophthalmologist - $50K-$75K Sign On Bonus! - Panama City, FL

We are seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist to join our large, surgically focused Ophthalmology group. Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel, where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care! We have updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff to make sure you have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area!

Practice Details:

Strong surgical volume: 400-1,000 procedures annually
Updated technology and robust support (dedicated tech, with scribe support during ramp-up)
Support of ODs!
Mentorship opportunities within a collaborative, growth-oriented group for new grads!
Low turnover rate (4%)
See an Average 30-40 patients/day
MDs supported with at least 1 tech and scribe as volume builds
Call shared equally among MDs and ODs
Collegial group with strong collaboration!

Compensation & Benefits

$50K-$75K Sign on Bonus available
Relocation assistance available
Partnership eligibility within 12 months for experienced MDs (up to $400K buy-in)
Salary based on experience with two models:
Base + production (30% past 3x base in collections)
Straight % of net collections (with 1-year base guarantee)
401k with 4% match (after 12 months)
Medical/dental/vision through United Healthcare
Malpractice + short- and long-term disability + life insurance
15-25 PTO days (vacation/sick/CE) + 5-7 paid holidays
CME allowance $1,500-$2,500 annually
Life insurance
Total benefits package valued at ~$30,000

Schedule

Full-time, 5 days/week (some offices may offer a 4-day option)
Monday-Friday schedule
