This role is paid at an hourly rate for all hours worked and an activity-based payment calculated using the formula, Activity Based Total - Hourly Pay = Activity Based Payment Amount, to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

Detention Pay $20.00 Per Hour
Holiday Pay $140.00 Per Day
New Hire Training $240.00 Per Day
Off-Account Work $225.00 - $300.00 Per Day
Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour
Stop Pay $27.53 - $29.69 Per Stop

J.B. Hunt accepts pre-qualification forms on an ongoing basis. EOE including disability/veterans. Program details apply. In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable. J.B. Hunt offers the following benefits for full-time positions, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, as may be in effect from time to time: medical benefit, dental benefit, vision benefit, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, paid time off commensurate with tenure (includes vacation and sick time), two weeks of paid parental leave, and six days with holiday pay. Specific job duties may vary and are subject to change. Duties may include, and are not limited to, the following: frequent contact with customer employees, contact with the motoring public at fuel stations and rest stops and entering private consumer dwellings to make deliveries.
