About the Role

As a Home Health PT , you’ll provide one‑on‑one, high‑touch care to patients in their homes. This role offers the independence to manage your schedule, build meaningful patient relationships, and make a direct impact on patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Home-based therapy care — deliver individualized, one‑on‑one treatment
