Outside Sales Professional (Paid Training & Licensing!)

Overview Outside Sales Representative – Residential Services located in Boise, ID. Full-time position. Salary: $50,000 – $115,000/year (base + uncapped commission). Schedule: Monday through Friday. Benefits: Company car, benefits, PTO, support team. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth by generating and closing new leads, upselling existing customers, and building strong relationships within a designated territory. Conduct property inspections to assess customer needs and identify appropriate services. Prepare, present, and close service proposals for residential and commercial customers. Own the end-to-end sales cycle, coordinating with operations to schedule, launch, and execute sold services, and support collections. Grow revenue by upselling additional services to existing customers. Prospect, follow up on leads, and build relationships within the assigned territory and community. Communicate service value and recommend full-service solutions. Maintain accurate sales documentation and records. Maintain assigned sales vehicle and equipment in safe condition. Participate in required sales meetings, training, and ongoing development. Operate safely, complying with driving laws and company policies. Support other business initiatives as assigned. Success Metrics Meet monthly & quarterly new business and upsell sales targets. Maintain 98% accuracy in proposals, contracts, and sales documentation. Respond to 95% of new leads within same day or 24‑hour SLA. Meet weekly activity targets. Respond to 95% of customer issues within 24 hours with zero repeat escalations. Required Qualification High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of proven driving experience. Successful completion of 30‑day initial training (classroom & field) and meeting monthly KPIs. Ability to pass a seven‑year criminal background check, substance abuse testing, and 3‑year motor vehicle report. Preferred Qualification Prior sales experience. Experience in multi-state, high-growth, or field-based environments. Advanced certifications or specialized knowledge in sales or pest control.
