The ideal candidate excels at building authentic guest connections, leading by example, and developing strong, motivated teams. They bring an energetic and welcoming presence to the dining room while ensuring smooth, polished operations that reflect our uncompromising commitment to quality, service, style, and hospitality.
This leader will play a key role in shaping an engaging guest experience, cultivating talent, and fostering a culture where both guests and team members feel valued. The Restaurant Manager will drive consistency, inspire hospitality, and create lasting impressions that embody the distinctive identity of the brand.
Benefits & Perks for Managers
- Earn PTO from day one: 16 days each calendar year (prorated based on start date). After 5 years, PTO increases to 21 days.
- Restaurants closed Thanksgiving & Christmas.
- 30 hours a week is considered full time and eligible for benefits.
- Company pays 50% of all company-sponsored benefits (medical, dental & vision). With medical enrollment, a $15k life insurance policy is included.
- Company pays 100% of short- and long-term disability benefits for managers.
- Additional options include Life, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Pet Insurance, plus Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Account, and Transit/Parking programs for full-time employees.

- Monthly voucher card with food allowance added on the 1st of each month. 20% off non-alcoholic items when dining in-restaurant with up to 3 guests (voucher card cannot be used with discount).

Minimum of 2 years previous sous chef experience required, in a fine/upscale dining establishment a plus, 2+ years management experience, and a culinary degree preferred. Great working environment.
