As a certified CMA-Memory Care-Nights, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide CMA-level care to memory care residents, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations

• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and care coordination

• Perform other duties as assigned to meet the needs of our residents

Requirements:

• Current certification as a CMA (Certified Medical Assistant)

• Experience working in a memory care setting or a related field

• Ability to work varying shifts, including night shifts and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassion and empathy for residents and their families
