Rouse Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for regional freight demand, predictable scheduling, and weekly home time designed to support organized freight movement and dependable route planning throughout the week.

Pay & Home Time:

• Weekly pay $1,500 to $1,600
• 6 full days home every month with scheduling flexibility
• Additional compensation for stops, breakdowns, detention, layover, and clean inspection bonuses

Your Truck:

Late-model Peterbilt 579s equipped with SiriusXM, inverters, TV mounts, refrigerators, and Espar bunk heaters.

• Assigned trucks with no slip seating
• Weekly direct deposit pay
• Maintained Peterbilt equipment fleet

Your assigned Peterbilt provides a consistent driving setup from week to week, with comfort features that make regional driving more manageable.

Regular maintenance helps reduce downtime while supporting dependable regional operations. Dispatch planning is organized around freight demand, route flow, and scheduling needs throughout the week.

Transition Pay:

When you start, you'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while getting familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations.

We know it takes time to settle into a new operation, and the transition period is designed to help drivers stay productive while learning the lanes and freight patterns.

Getting Started:

Orientation covers what you need to know for our CDL-A truck drivers. We cover your hotel, travel expenses, and meals.

What We Need From You:

A valid CDL-A license and at least 1 year of verified over-the-road experience.
