HIRING IMMEDIATELY: HATCH COVER ASSEMBLER IN GENEVA, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Hatch Cover Assembler to join our team in Geneva, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for performing all safety, quality, and assembly functions utilizing both verbal and written work instructions. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or general education degree, PC knowledge, and more listed below. Apply online and kickstart your career today!
Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $17/hour

- 1st shift
- Located in Geneva, Illinois
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures work area cleanliness and safety
- Inspection of parts to ensure quality standards
- Knows and understands quality requirements, as posted in work area, for each product
- Follows work instructions, during the manufacturing process
- Reports information to appropriate quality and production forms
- Operation of manual and semi-automatic jobs as well as grinders and other machines
- Alert shift supervisor or shift setup person of any questionable conditions concerning quality or equipment operation
- Report production and scrap or rejects on daily individual production reports
- Label all boxes, baskets or containers of material type and disposition
- Perform repetitive operations
- Teardown and setup of equipment and tooling according to specifications
- Follow safety rules and keep the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience
- PC knowledge highly desirable
- Ability to communicate in English
- Able to work within a team oriented environment
- Must be able to enter information obtained using measuring devices into data collection system
