Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Woodinville, WA, for a Store Manager & Grazologist. Responsibilities include designing visually appealing charcuterie boards and grazing tables, selecting and prepping high-quality ingredients, and creating exceptional food presentations. The role also involves maintaining food quality standards, understanding customer preferences, and delivering exceptional service experiences. Collaboration with team members and adherence to brand presentation guidelines will be key to success in this position.

Availability Hours:
Tuesday - Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm
Sunday 10:00am - 3:00pm
Monday Availability on occasion

Pay: $22.00 - 25.00/hr

Qualifications

• Washington Drivers License - Required
• Food Handlers Permit - Required
• Food Safety Manager Certification - Preferred
• Customer service and communication skills to ensure a positive client experience
• Organizational and time management skills to meet high-volume order demands
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Relevant experience in catering, hospitality, or food service is a plus
• Passion for food, creativity, and providing memorable culinary experiences
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or design training is advantageous
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate partners
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaint
