Warehouse Administrative Clerk

$22 per hour

Start your new career as a Warehouse Administrative Clerk with MAU at GiTi Tires in Richburg, SC. As a Warehouse Administrative Clerk, you will support warehouse operations by managing inventory transactions, maintaining accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and coordinating inbound and outbound shipping documentation. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We Offer:

Pay of $22 per hour
First shift | Monday - Friday
Training schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM for the first 60 days, then transition to 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
2–5 years of inventory control or warehouse administrative experience
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred
RF/RFID software and hardware experience is a plus
Familiarity with ISO and C-TPAT processes is a plus
Strong computer, organizational, and data entry skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict management abilities
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

What You'll Do as a Warehouse Administrative Clerk:

Prepare inbound and outbound shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) for will-call orders
Validate inbound inventory data in the Warehouse Management System
Maintain outbound shipment notifications and shipping confirmations
Process inventory transactions, including adjustments, transfers, item code changes, and inventory movements
Maintain inventory records and generate inventory and KPI reports
Monitor inventory aging and ensure accurate date code tracking
Support daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Maintain warehouse location assignments within the WMS
Assist with Federal Express order processing and file management
Maintain filing and document archive systems
Analyze WMS order management functions to allocate and execute daily orders
Assist with transportation planning and shipment routing
Perform additional warehouse administrative duties as assigned
