Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Training & development Job Position Description: This job on John B White Rd in Spartanburg, and is Sunday - Thursday, after 4pm approximately 15+ hours/wk. This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer's buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but are not limited to: * Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures * Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting * Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. * Use proper PPE where required * Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required. Physical Demands and Qualifications: * Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead, and reaching forward. * Contribute to the overall team including being in provided uniform, dependable, and on time. * Must be able to lift and/or carry 25 lbs. * Ability to read cleaning instructions * Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Cleaning experience is a plus but not required * The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must. * Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect.
