Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity assisting PreK-8 students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist near Arlington, TX. This role offers a set schedule of four days per week (8 hours total), allowing for work-life harmony, while you provide vital support across two welcoming campuses.
Your expertise as an SLP with CCCs will be put to excellent use managing a manageable caseload of 14 students. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to design and implement individualized treatment plans that make a real impact during the academic year, from August 2026 through May 2027. Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with PreK-8 populations
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Able to travel between two campuses as needed
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized therapy plans, and implement interventions for students across both campuses
- Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and keep accurate records in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, specialists, and families to support diverse student needs
- Provide engaging direct therapy and consult with staff to foster a supportive environment
