The Role Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing setting Develop functional, goal-driven care plans that support independence in daily living Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams Contribute to a therapy culture built on accountability and autonomy SNF experience preferred, but motivated new grads are welcome.
