SVP Cash Management Sales Officer – Global Solution Sales (Consumer, Healthcare, and Life Sciences) This role is focused on treasury and working capital sales and relationship building within Citi’s Commercial Bank across the Consumer, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors. The responsibilities include owning a portfolio of existing clients, originating and winning new opportunities, defending existing business, realizing revenue from wins, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities Partner with Relationship Managers globally to actively prospect, deepen and expand the Consumer, Healthcare, and Life Sciences portfolio. Collaborate with the product sales team and product partners to deliver strategic treasury solutions for clients. Manage a portfolio of clients and take global, regional, and local accountability for delivering Treasury and Cash Management solutions. Actively call on clients in partnership with partners across the bank to deepen relationships. Serve as the primary global point of contact for Treasury solutions within the portfolio. Grow Treasury revenues by finding new opportunities while building a trusted advisor status with Clients and Relationship Managers. Drive innovation in the solutions provided to clients. Share knowledge with other sales consultants and junior staff. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi’s policies and guidelines. Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions to protect Citigroup’s reputation and clients’ assets. Knowledge/Experience Highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record of prospecting new clients and driving revenue growth within a large, growing corporate portfolio. Experience in financial sales, treasury product partnerships, or corporate treasury. Qualifications Minimum 6–10 years of corporate or commercial banking experience. Undergraduate business degree. MBA or equivalent professional experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to support the growth of client relationships. Other job-related duties may be assigned as necessary. Benefits Competitive base salary ($167,920.00 – $251,880.00) plus discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
