A Bartender is someone who enjoys people and is excited about working on a winning team! As a bartender, we count on you to create a unique, personal experience for each guest you encounter. You will blend equal parts enthusiasm, attention to detail, and knowledge of our beverage options. Creating an experience our guests cannot get anywhere else!

Major responsibilities include:

• Building brand and customer loyalty
• Greeting each guest with enthusiasm
• Taking and ringing orders, and handling payments
• Preparing drinks as ordered
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in both the bar, seating areas indoors and outdoors
• Ensuring the bar is fully stocked for the shift
• Following all policies and procedures regarding food safety, job duties, and code of conduct
• Being punctual and flexible in maintaining hours of employment
• Maintaining a clean and tidy appearance and work habits
• Following all guidelines as outlined in the Responsible Alcohol Service Policy
• Checking guest's identification and confirming they meet the legal drinking age, prior to serving

Knowledge and skill requirements include:

• Basic math & reading skills
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be TIPS certified
• Must have a minimum of 6 months Bartender Experience
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Must maintain current Health Card or Work Permits according to state or local requirements
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and walk continuously throughout scheduled shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform motions involving walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, stretching, and repetitive motions
