Senior Data Migration Validation Analyst

Title Title: Senior Data Migration Validation Analyst Location Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) Onsite requirements approximately once per week or as needed. Type Type: Hourly, Contract (6 Months) Position Overview Position Overview Phoenix Staff is seeking a Senior Data Migration Validation Analyst to support enterprise data migration and validation efforts. This role will focus on ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency throughout the migration process while partnering with technical teams to identify and resolve data quality issues. Responsibilities Validate data across multiple systems throughout the migration lifecycle. Perform reconciliation activities including record comparisons, data checks, and validation reporting. Review source-to-target mappings and verify transformation logic using SQL. Validate Salesforce data structures, relationships, and loaded records. Identify, document, and assist with resolution of data discrepancies. Develop scripts and tools to automate data comparison and validation processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience with SQL Server and data validation/conversion testing. Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce data structures. Advanced SQL skills including complex queries, joins, CTEs, and data analysis. Experience with data migration, ETL validation, or large-scale data reconciliation. Preferred Skills Python, Pandas, Power Query, or similar automation tools.
