The role works collaboratively with tech-managers, architects, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality applications, improve system performance, resolve production issues, and contribute to technical design decisions. This role is expected to write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and follow engineering best practices while helping drive continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement software features and enhancements.Develop, test, and deploy reliable, scalable applications.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.Contribute to CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices.Education and ExperienceBachelors/4 Yr Degree6+ years of relevant work experienceSpecific Knowledge and SkillsBachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience.5+ years of ReactJS and Node experience.Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, integration patterns, and secure software development.Advanced cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, observability, and platform engineering experience.Experience in JavaScript and supporting technologies such as TypeScript and NPMExperience in building solutions on top of AWS such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3 and othersExperience working in AWS technologies like CloudFront, SNS, SES, SQS, Cloud FormationExperience in development of Unit Test cases and Testing frameworks and scriptingStrong experience of building RESTful web servicesApplication Development & ArchitectureNode.js, React, Windows Application Development, REST APIs, Spring Framework, JSON, MongoDB, NoSQL Databases, Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, Distributed Systems, Enterprise Integration Patterns, Domain-Driven DesignCloud & Platform EngineeringAWS, Azure, EC2, Lambda, Fargate, S3, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, Kinesis, Auto Scaling, CloudFormation, Terraform, Docker, KubernetesDevOps & ObservabilityJenkins, GitLab CI/CD, DevOps, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Loki, New Relic, CloudWatchMethodologies & DeliveryAgile, SAFe Agile, CI/CD, SDLCThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of the work being performed by the individuals assigned to this job.
