Job Description Staff for adults with developmental and physical disabilities (Full time & Part time jobs offered with possible supervisory positions DOE) Note: Each individual client's needs are different. The below are some examples of duties that may or may not be required depending on the client's needs. Personal Care Assistance: Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Medication Management: Medication reminders as prescribed and maintain accurate medication records. Supportive Services: Offer emotional support, companionship, and active listening to clients. Educate: Educate/teach clients how to live more independently. Community Integration: Facilitate community outings, employment, social activities, and opportunities for skill-building and personal growth. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients progress, care plans, and incidents. Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of client by identifying and addressing potential hazards and reporting any concerns promptly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and problem-solve effectively. Understanding of person-centered care principles. Willingness to undergo background checks and required training. Must have valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, current registration and insurance. No experience required!! We will train you. Benefits Competitive pay.
