Responsibilities Include:
- Fund Accounting & Reporting
- Audit, Tax, Compliance
- Capital & Liquidity Management
- Process Improvement & Implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7–12+ years of experience across public accounting and private markets, with private equity fund experience strongly preferred
- Strong foundation in fund accounting, audit, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with complex fund structures (SPVs, co-investments) preferred
- CPA preferred
