Job summary Moon Hybrid 2 weeks ago About the Role We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support recruiting, outreach, and workforce development efforts in a flexible hybrid work environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to meaningful employment opportunities for individuals of all backgrounds. What You'll Do Assist with recruiting and hiring activities for professional-level roles. Help screen resumes and coordinate interviews. Support outreach efforts with universities, community partners, and agencies. Track applicant information and update records in recruiting systems. Support special projects and day-to-day tasks for the recruiting team. What We're Looking For Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work independently in a team environment. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online systems. Experience with social media or recruiting tools is a plus. Interest in recruiting, HR, workforce development, DEI initiatives, or community engagement. Availability to work at least 15 hours per week. What You'll Gain Real-world recruiting and HR experience.
