Job Details Position: HP Retail Sales Associate (Part‑time) Job Type: Regular Location: Best Buy 165 – Memphis, TN 38133 (Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores) Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week; Saturday and Sunday preferred; flexible Friday options may be available. Pay: $16.00 per hour. Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their ideal needs. Engage customers to build rapport and create a memorable experience. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Report daily sales activity and competitive insights to Retail Operations. Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff. Ensure the kiosk or workstation is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times. Submit all required paperwork completely and accurately. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Commitment to customer confidentiality and integrity. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy enthusiasm; outgoing personality with eagerness to learn. Customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus; training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
