Systems Analyst 3

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time remote Systems Analyst 3 will manage systems analysis, application support, and project initiatives while collaborating with users and stakeholders to enhance and implement complex software solutions. Key responsibilities Conduct systems analysis and provide application support, ensuring effective implementation and resolution of complex issues Manage IT project initiatives, including scoping, resource management, and execution of application changes and enhancements Establish partnerships with stakeholders and operational owners to promote effective use of computing resources and facilitate client workflows Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or closely related field; or 7 years of relevant experience 7+ years of experience in Healthcare IT analysis, including system implementations and maintenance Experience in process improvement, project planning, and workflow management Knowledge of Healthcare business operations and processes Certification in Cerner Fundamentals and preferred ITIL v3 Foundation within specified timeframes
