ZimZee Recruiting is looking for an Electronic Assembler to support the production of high-quality aviation parts used across general, business, and commercial aviation markets worldwide. This role is responsible for assembling precision electronic and mechanical components, performing detailed testing, and ensuring products meet strict aerospace manufacturing standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, hands-on experience with avionics assemblies, and the ability to interpret technical documentation to support reliable, safety-critical equipment.

Skills and Requirements

• Associate degree in Electronics (or equivalent education, training, or experience)
• Minimum 1-2 years of avionics or electronic equipment assembly experience
• Experience working with aircraft instruments such as pressure gauges, batteries, and inverters
• Ability to use electronic testing equipment and precision hand tools effectively
• Working knowledge of analog and digital electronics principles
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and workmanship

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble complex electronic and mechanical avionics components to precise manufacturing standards
• Perform de-soldering, component replacement, and troubleshooting on technical assemblies
• Conduct final functional testing on aircraft instruments and electronic systems
• Interpret schematics, procedures, and technical documentation to support accurate assembly
• Complete manufacturing documentation, shop records, and required production reports
