Remote Health Insurance Support Specialist

Sutherland is seeking attentive, goal-oriented individuals to support a major health insurance customer from a home office. You will handle claims, authorizations, eligibility and call handling, with a focus on resolving inquiries and educating providers on self-service tools like Availity.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM EST training and benefits including medical/dental/vision, flexible vacation, and employee discounts.
