Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Associates degree or higher EXPERIENCE: Experience in Customer Service and working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking office setting KNOWLEDGE: General knowledge of college admissions enrollment process, services and programs. SKILLS: 1. Exceptional Listening skills 2. Strong written and oral communication 3. Strong Customer Service ability 4. Strong organizational, technical and computer skills 5. Fluency in Spanish preferred. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Registering students for courses. 2. Responds to requests for information via telephone, email, and live chat utilizing quality customer service skills in accordance with Triton's College Performance Standards. 3. Conducts telephone outreach and Informs students of their next steps in the application, enrollment, and registration process. 4. Assists students with questions on navigating Triton website and Student Portal. 5. Other duties as assigned. Posting Date 05/26/2026 Closing Date Special Instructions to Applicants 1. Rate of pay of $18.50 per hour; maximum 28 hours per week. 2. Official transcripts required prior to employment (if applicable). 3. Recommended hire will be subject to pre-employment screenings. 4.
