JobID: 52964 Prestigious Physician Group in Georgia looking for a Patient Scheduler Prestige Staffing has been tasked by one of our best clients to find a Korean/English speaking Patient Scheduler to interview and go to work ASAP! Candidate must be hard working and a self starter. If you want the opportunity to work in a rewarding and dynamic environment, this is your chance. This is a temporary to permanent position.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all patients
- Schedule appointments
- Act as a liaison for referring practices
- High school diploma
- 2 years of scheduling in a large physician group, preferably a specialty group
- Knowledge of Medical Record Requests
- Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures
- Working knowledge of health insurance required
- Professional communication skills
- Information collection and management
- Planning and organizing
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Confidentiality/following HIPAA guidelines
