Program Manager

The Program Manager leads the implementation and oversight of the Live & Learn Program, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed service delivery aligned with organizational goals and grant requirements. This role supervises the Program Team, oversees reporting and compliance, supports client success, manages workshops and outreach efforts, and builds strong community partnerships to advance program outcomes. Qualifications & Core Competencies: Minimum 7 years of experience in human services, case management, nonprofit programming, or related field Bachelor’s degree required in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field; Master’s preferred Strong knowledge of assessment, goal planning, service coordination, and evidence-based practices including trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing Experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff teams Demonstrated ability to manage programs, timelines, reporting, and grant deliverables Strong organizational, communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills Experience with data tracking, outcomes measurement, compliance, and case management systems (Charity Tracker preferred) Ability to support clients experiencing complex barriers with empathy, accountability, and professionalism Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessible programming Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate change in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Google Workspace and standard office systems Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required Strong alignment with Live & Learn’s mission, values, and trauma-informed approach to service delivery #J-18808-Ljbffr
