Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Licensed Intervention Specialist preferred
  • Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher, ideally within K-8 settings
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and maintain compliance documentation
  • Hold and participate in IEP meetings with staff and families
  • Deliver specially designed instruction (SDI) to students on your caseload
  • Conduct ongoing progress monitoring and reporting in accordance with prescribed timelines
  • Work with a caseload of 16 students; age range to be determined
  • Position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with assignment through May 28, 2027
