What You’ll Do: Create an exceptional customer service experience with guests through education, knowledge of products, and salesmanship. Ensure accurate transactions by balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of shift, and sales at the end of shift. Process returns and exchanges according to store policy. Identify prices of products and services and tabulate bills with available equipment. Assist customers in locating various products, resolving complaints, or providing information. Bag, box, and wrap purchased items. Create an exceptional customer service experience with guests. Assist and answer customers' questions concerning price and use of merchandise. Strong attention to detail and ability to solve and resolve problems in a calm, professional, and courteous manner. Participating in the upselling of products to assist in reaching the company's set monthly sales goal. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the endocannabinoid system and all applicable properties and/or effects. Comply with all state regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail sales. Comply with all cash handling policies and procedures. Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and register area. Report all issues to management on duty.
