Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop and execute recruitment strategies for manufacturing and engineering roles. Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. Coordinate and participate in interviews, ensuring a seamless process for all stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and metrics. Support local engagement initiatives, including branding and recruitment events. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process. Leverage recruitment tools and platforms to source and attract top talent. Job Requirements Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in manufacturing and engineering sectors. Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple requisitions simultaneously. Strong customer service skills with a focus on candidate and client satisfaction. Experience in organizing and participating in branding and recruitment events. Ability to adapt and pivot focus based on organizational priorities.
