Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leader in commercial facility management, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Akron, OH 

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and related facility equipment across multiple sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and monitor the performance of mechanical, plumbing, and control systems.
• Travel between facilities within a designated geographic area, ensuring all systems function optimally.
• Maintain accurate records of readings, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of hazardous materials.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
